Pricing

Transaction fees are paid each time you process a payment. Outseta's fees are charged in addition to Stripe's standard fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ in the US). Our fee is 2% on our entry level plan, then 1% on most other Outseta plans. We also offer 0% fee plan for our largest customers.

Outseta is priced similarly to alternatives like Memberstack or Memberspace, but includes more features for the entire customer lifecycle—payments, authentication, gated content, CRM, email, and support tools. As a result, you should consider Outseta's price versus the cost of the other software tools it displaces. Our transaction fees are among the lowest in the industry and decrease as your business grows.

You can invite anyone that you work with to have access to your Outseta account at no additional cost. We don't charge based on "seats"—in fact, we actively encourage you to invite your whole team!

Add your developer to handle integrations, your community manager to respond to support tickets, your co-founder to manage reporting. Everyone gets their own login. Whether you have 2 people or 20 people on your team, your price stays the same. Most comparable tools charge $10-50 per user per month.

You get full access to all features—CRM, billing, email marketing, help desk, and authentication—for 7 days. Your trial converts to a paid plan after 7 days unless you cancel. We'll send you an email reminder before you're charged.
