Our chat feature is designed around a simple idea—no one wants to talk to a chat bot! Toggle chat online when you're actually available to talk, or offline and users will be prompted to submit a support ticket instead.
If chat is online, you can give yourself X number of minutes to reply before serving up an auto-responder message in case you miss the incoming chat. But don't worry—we've got notifications for that!
